Alana and Alyssa
Alana De Garza's beautiful face is awe-inspiring on the screens of small sizes. De La Garza born 1976 to an Irish mother as well as an Irish mother and a Mexican father from Columbus Ohio. It wasn't long before she relocated to Texas. In Texas, she started a new career in the field of physical therapy. De La Garza stayed in Texas only a short time prior to moving to Orlando Florida. She took part in many different kinds of character roles including local independent films and commercials. The small parts didn't stop her from finding out that she enjoyed acting. When she moved to New York, in 2001 she landed her first role as an actor on All My Children. Through the first half of 2000, her small parts were appearing on JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first big series role was in the 2004 short-lived series The Mountain. De La Garza, who was Maria Serrano on The Mountain had the privilege of appearing alongside a number of the famous TV actors, such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget and Mitch. In 2006 she was also cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. In the following seasons, she was a part of The Law & Order: LA film, a short-lived sequel. De La Garza's character was recognized with several nominations which included Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She also received ALMA Award nods. In addition, the National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her with the Impact Award, which is presented to outstanding performers in the drama show. De La Garza landed a part-time role in CSI Miami a short time after. She performed the role of Marisol Deko, the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. Her most recent TV appearance was with NBC's rather darker show Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. Alyssa Milano was cancelled by NBC following only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is the younger sibling of Cory who is Italian by descent. The family she was raised in was a religious and conservative family. Milano was only seven years old old when her babysitter took Milano to an audition. Four girls were chosen out of more than 1000 hopefuls. Milano has appeared in TV advertisements, off-Broadway productions and in the American premier of Jane Eyre.
